To help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), start-ups, and entrepreneurs bounce back from the pandemic, Mediacom Solutions Inc. is holding its 11th Philippine SME Business Expo.

For this year, the event will run from March 16-18, 2022 online. This will be the second time that it will be held virtually after last year’s successful first edition.

The annual event will highlight Filipino SMEs this time around, who account for more than 99% of registered businesses in the country and create 6 out of 10 jobs. This year’s iteration will also tackle the challenges this group faced and are facing amidst the ongoing pandemic.

“Unfortunately, these companies are struggling to embrace digital transformation more than large businesses. This risks economic inequality, strangling opportunities for growth, and dragging down business productivity,” the Philippine SME Business Expo shared.

The 2022 gathering will feature over 100 exhibitors who hail from different fields like business solutions, like digital banking and financing, digital marketing, content creation, human resource, IP protection, and many more.

Those interested in attending can access the business expo via mobile and desktop. There, they can interact with numerous brands and build new business relationships.

“We are looking forward to empowering thousands of SMEs, Start-Ups, and Entrepreneurs, who will be attending this 3-Day event virtually. Business Owners will be able to explore new business solutions to help them boost their business in a fast-growing digital economy. The virtual expo will also provide learning sessions from 30 industry speakers to help SMEs thrive in the new normal,” Managing Director for Philippine SME Business Expo David Abrenilla said.
