If you’re planning to go to Baler, Aurora this year to swim or surf, the best time to do it is now.
The destination—famed for being the birthplace of surfing in the Philippines and for its many beautiful spots—has now reopened to domestic travel, specifically the leisure kind.
The area officially released its updated list of travel requirements on November 10 through Executive Order 2021-0024.
Here are the things you’ll need:
- S-PaSS registration
- Government ID
- Negative RT-PCR test results taken within 72 hours
- A medical certificate for ages five to 10 years old
- Booking confirmation from accredited accommodations
