Top real-estate company Megaworld Corporation has put away P98-billion in funding for its upcoming business district project, which will be built in Bulacan’s Marilao and Bocaue.
The 85-hectare property is being envisioned as the first metro hub for commerce and lifestyle in the province.
Given the name ‘Northwin Global City,’ the estate plan will be Megaworld’s 28th township project – wherein high-rise residential condominiums, hotels, shopping malls, mixed-use commercial buildings, educational institutions, and state-of-the-art offices will rise.
Transportation will also be no problem for Northwin since it’ll host one of the stations of the ongoing Manila-Clark Railway Project, which will help boost connectivity to Metro Manila and other notable areas of growth.
It will also be just minutes away from other commercial hubs, specifically the proposed New Manila International Airport in Bulacan and the Philippine Arena.
The commercial district will also be environment-friendly as 40 percent of the entire township will be dedicated to green and open spaces, including landscape parks.
“Finally, our vision of having a truly modern and global business district for Bulacan is coming to a reality. This is like building a new city that will put the province of Bulacan in the global business map because we envision huge multinational companies to be operating here once our commercial district and our office towers will be completed,” Megaworld Chief Strategy Officer Kevin Tan said.
Due to its nearness to Metro Manila, Tan said Northwin will be an ideal place for “future locators and residents of this township.”
“Once completed, Northwin Global City will have convenient access to three international airports in Bulacan, Clark and even in Metro Manila,” Tan added.
