According to Cebu Pacific, affected passengers have been informed through contact details provided in their bookings. These passengers may then select how they want to address the situation – Unlimited rebooking, 2-year Travel Fund, or Refund – until 30 days from the date of departure.

All they need to do is log into the Manage Booking portal available on the Cebu Pacific website.

Flights not mentioned in this advisory will continue to operate – be it domestic or international- as scheduled, the airline said.
