Though the COVID-19 pandemic is far from over, we’re slowly starting to unclench its hold over our daily lives.

And one good example of that is this year’s Cinemalaya Film Festival, which will make a triumphant return this 2021.

This year, the 17th iteration of the indie film festival will be held both online and physically.

The organizers of the yearly showcase have added an outdoor movie-viewing event called ‘Cinema Under the Stars’ to be held at the Liwasang Ulalim, Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) Complex.

The screening for the outdoor activity will start on September 2nd and will last until the 4th. The screening schedule is as follows: 4 PM, 7 PM, and 9 PM.

Those interested can purchase their tickets through the KTX.ph at Php 250 each.

Meanwhile, for those who opt to watch at home, you can access the Cinemalaya Libre website to watch the films. You can also go to KTX.ph to access pay-per-view online screenings.
