With the National Capital Region (NCR) currently under a stricter quarantine classification, specifically modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ), we’re all required to stay at home to prevent the further spread of COVID-19 and its new variants.

While some might think that staying at home is synonymous with being unproductive, that doesn’t have to be the case for you. You can use this time to thoroughly reflect on the things you want to do in the future, which might include a trip or two out of your city.

And if the latter part is what you relate to the most, then we’ll help you plan that much-awaited vacay. One of the places we highly recommend is Tagaytay – it’s situated just on the outskirt of the metro but also far enough for you to enjoy what nature has to offer.

If that sounds like a good idea to you, then stay with us! We’ll list down some of the cool places you can visit in Tagaytay once domestic travel is allowed again.

Preparing for your trip

To keep yourself and others safe, you should religiously follow health protocols being implemented in the places you’re going to visit. Apart from this, we suggest that you contact the vacation spot you have in mind prior to your visit.

Try to book ahead of time and not on the day itself. This way you’ll be able to prepare the required documents, which may include Valid IDs, negative RT-PCR tests, a COVID-19 vaccination card, and others.
